All of this functions so smoothly you might guess you are either her only client at the time (you aren’t!) or that she has a cast of helpers making her look good. On the contrary this is all Kathy: one-hundred percent there for you and your satisfaction will, like mine, be one-hundred percent also.

She goes out of her way and will do anything to make the process as enjoyable as possible. We have done business many times And I now consider her one of my dearest friends. And she is a beautiful person inside and out.

I found her when I came upon a house online that I was interested in, for which she represented the buyer. As I was out of state, I researched and discovered she had wonderful reviews and a long history of living in and selling real estate in the Tucson market, so I felt confident that she would be knowledgeable of the area and pricing. My wife and I moved three years ago because we wanted to finally move into a new Pulte home, that we had been planning to do for some time. We made our move in March 2020, which was perfect timing for us. 2. What were you looking for in your realtor? We knew that our realtor and friend, Kathy Baldauf would help us with the moving process. Since we had moved here from Texas in 2009, Kathy has helped us with our real estate needs. 3. Why did you choose me? We knew without a doubt, that Kathy, not only our agent but also our good friend, would take care of us. One example of how she helped me was; I paid $2000 to have my roof repaired about a year before we planned to move. During the selling process, the home inspector found more issues with our roof. Kathy immediately got on the phone with the roofing company and had them come out and repair the roof at no charge to me. She is an excellent and proactive realtor and takes care of her clients. 4. If you add its being a contingency purchase from out of state *during a pandemic*, the stress level could have skyrocketed out of control.
